(1) According to section 20 of the Act, the victim who is not satisfied with the order or decision of the court, when making a petition or appeal against such order or decision, should attach a copy of the order or decision of the court.
(2) For the purpose of sub-rule (1), the victim shall have the order or decision of the court. If a copy or other document related to the offense is requested, the concerned court shall provide such documents.
